The building shell for rent is delivered in new condition, including:
- A common entrance on the ground floor, with a videophone and letter box for each unit.
- The units share an entrance on the ground floor, as well as a shared core housing a staircase and lift. All units are accessible by means of this shared core.
- Units can be flexibly subdivided if the requirements for safe escape routes are taken into account.
- An unfinished, level screed including underfloor heating, divided into three zones:
- Wallpaper-ready walls.
- Ceilings with visible, unfinished concrete construction (and with fire-resistant finish where necessary).
- An air conditioning system that warms, ventilates and cools the units.
- Telephone and fibre-optic connection for each unit: prepared in the form of empty utilities. The tenant must arrange for their own telephone and internet account, and the contracting party will supply and install the cables accordingly.
- Each unit has a toilet group with an anteroom and a men’s and women’s toilet. There is also a disabled toilet on the ground floor.
- The floor height up to the underside of the concrete floor is around 3.1 metres.
- The high ceilings and expansive windows that can be opened provide abundant daylight and a sense of space and freedom.
